Château Caroline 2022 – Moulis-en-Médoc

The nose offers notes of nutmeg, tobacco and small notes of wild red berries associated with touches of tobacco, camphor and a hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity and offers a beautiful minerality, suavity, accuracy, acidity and a certain delicacy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of boysenberries, cassis and small notes of violet, iris associated with touches of crunchy red berries, fine hints of nutmeg and a discreet hint of vanilla and sappy. Good length. A fine chew on the finish. A beautiful persistence. The whole remains on the fruit and delicacy.
