The nose is beautifully fruity, elegant, spicy, aromatic and offers a certain complexity. It reveals notes of boysenberry, strawberry garrigue and small notes of spices, associated with touches of wild cassis, as well as hints of violet, nutmeg, clove, sense of the place, a discreet floral hint and an imperceptible hint of almost citrus zest. The palate is beautifully mineral, fresh, juicy and offers purity of fruit definition and precision. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, cherry and small notes of bright blackberry, combined with a touch of cranberry, violet/lilac, as well as hints of nutmeg, sense of the place/local grove, a discreet mineral hint and sweet nutmeg. Good length.
