(The wine should be decanted) On the nose it offers power, good definition, a certain intensity as well as a fine and finely tight texture. It reveals notes of creamy blackberry, fresh raspberry and more slightly crushed small red berries associated with touches of fresh violet, lily as well as fine hints of black plum, pepper and spices. On the palate it is fruity and offers juiciness, a tangy structure, minerality, a good freshness, a certain richness (in balance), concentration, a little creaminess, energy as well as a racy minerality. The wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy blackberry, cassis and more slightly of small crushed red berries, violet as well as hints of black plum, caramelization, toast and a very discreet hint of chocolate. The tannins are precise, smooth and well done. Good length.
