The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is gourmand, savoury and slightly sweet. The first nose expresses notes of vanilla, liquorice, cardamom, an enveloped woody aromas (toasted hazelnut, heated wood), associated with the second nose with fragrant floral notes (peony, violet), a touch of mint chocolate and sweet fresh tobacco, as well as ripe and juicy fruits (griotte, strawberry, red cherry, red plum). The palate is gourmand and airy, with a fruity attack, with notes of tart red cherry, strawberry, raspberry, red plum, crushed black plum and morello cherry. We then find touches of sweet spices (cardamom, liquorice, ground vanilla in the background), violet and peppermint. The tannins are a little drying on the finish, but quite fine and powdery. The finish is fresh, chiseled and juicy, with salivating acidity and medium persistence. An airy wine, fresh and with a certain complexity.
