Château Cardinal-Villemaurine 2020, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru 

On the nose, fruity and offers opulence with fresh/delicate creaminess. It reveals notes of fleshy strawberry, plump blackberry subtle violet associated with touches of creamy blueberry, with refined hints of hazelnut and bourbon vanilla. On the palate it is fruity and offers gourmandized, a little sweetness, a fine richness, freshness, and a certain creaminess. The wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy strawberry, creamy raspberry and hints of juicy blueberry associated with touches of bursting blackcurrant and hints of violet, blueberry, licorice, wafts of chocolate, coffee, black tea and toast. Good length. The tannins are precise and finely firm. A little chewiness on the palate/persistence.
