The nose is fresh, with crushed citrus fruits and citrus zest (lemon, grapefruit, orange juice and the distinct and expressive aroma of blood orange). Then, it expresses notes of apricot, white peach, fresh pineapple, fresh hazelnut, fresh almond, a hint of fresh herbs, white flowers (acacia, apricot blossoms, lemon blossoms), vanilla, a hint of cardamom, fresh quince and fresh apple. The palate offers a lemony attack (with notes of lemon and blood orange), complemented by flavors of green apple and flowers (acacia, apricot blossoms, lemon blossoms) as well as a delicate toasted side and fresh dried fruits. We also find the gourmandise of stone fruits (apricot, white peach) and fresh pineapple. Pleasant bitterness of grapefruit, a gourmand side of pastry, but barely perceptible. Harmony and freshness. Persistence on the smoky and bitter notes of bergamot, a toasted, honeyed and hay touch. Beautiful freshness and persistence, the acidity is lively and salivating.
