The nose is fruity, gourmand, elegant. It reveals notes of ripe lemon, ripe pear/nectarine and slight hints of exotic fruits associated with very slight hints of oak/vanilla (in the background). The palate is fruity, elegant and offers a nice unctuosity, a beautiful acid/mineral frame, a slight tension, finesse, a beautiful roundness, vivacity as well as a beautiful and gourmande matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of ripe lemon, peach compote and hints of white grape, pineapple and a discreet hint of mandarin as well as discreet toasted hints/vanilla that brings roundness and a slight hint of beeswax. Good persistence. A wine made in the Château style.
