The nose reveals notes of ripe fruit, blackberry, cassis, spice and slight oaky notes associated with a few slight notes of torrefaction and black tea. The palate is fresh, mineral, suave, fine, balanced and offers nice tension and a nice silky/a bit velvety texture. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh fruit and black fruit combined with touches of raspberry, touches of crunchy cassis, mocha, vanilla and toasted notes on the finish. The finish is suave / gourmand. Tannins are fine, integrated, in background and slightly grainy. Good length.
