Château CAPDEMOURLIN 2021 Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé

Château CAPDEMOURLIN 2021 Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé

The nose is elegant and offers power, mastery, and a slight spicy side. It reveals notes of blackberry, violet and small notes of small wild black berries associated with slight touches of pepper and hints of small blue fruits as well as discreet hints of tobacco. The palate is mineral and offers juiciness, freshness, a good definition, tension, gourmandise, precision and a beautiful burst of fruits, energy, and a lot of elegance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/ juicy raspberry, bright blueberry and small notes of pulpy/ acidulous blackberry associated with touches of cornflower, licorice stick with a hint, cardamom, and sweet blond tobacco. Good length with a subtle hint of vanilla in the background. There is a discreet hint of good bitterness of dark chocolate in the background. It is a beautiful wine all in suppleness and gourmandise!
