On the nose, fruity, distinguished and offers a beautiful texture. It reveals notes of ripe blackberry, crushed raspberry and more lightly crushed small red berries combined with hints of cherry blossom, lily as well as of tonka bean and a discreet touch of spice. On the palate, fruity, balanced and offers tension, a certain gourmandize, good definition, a juicy/acidic frame as well as energy and a nice refined minerality. The wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy black currant, raspberry and more lightly small red berries combined with hints of tonka bean, dark chocolate and a subtle touch of vanilla. Good length. Nice tartness from the fruit on the finish/persistence.
