The nose is fresh and offers power. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, varietalss (bulb, iris, fresh herbs) and small notes of ripe/fresh red fruits associated with touches of leather as well as fine touches of liquorice. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers juiciness, tension, gourmandize, flesh/fleshiness, a very fine firmness, a beautiful suavity/fat as well as fullness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, fleshy/juicy cassis and small notes of flowers (bulbs, iris/eony) associated with fine touches of ripe/crunchy red fruits, varietals as well as fine hints of mocha and a very discreet hint of gray pepper (in the background).
