The nose is elegant, slightly velvety and quite aromatic. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, fine notes of crushed strawberry, licorice, toasted oak and a discreet hint of undergrowth, Cuben pepper combined with discreet hints of spices, a discrete hint of Cardamone, a very discreet hint of cinnamon as well as a hint of nutmeg and Sichuan pepper. The mouth is fruity, mineral, racy and offers a nice volume / definition, a nice fat, a velvety matter, a fine juiciness and an acid frame (red fruits). In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis and slight notes of black cherry / sour cherry, strawberries as well as slight notes of caramelisation, chocolate (discreet), a hint of spices and a few slight hints of toasted oak on the finish. Tannins are fine, slightly young and structuring. The finish is suave. The persistence is beautifully aromatic. A beautiful wine !
