The nose is fruity and offers a certain intensity as well as concentration. It reveals notes of morello cherry, crushed strawberry and small notes of bright blackcurrant associated with touches of plum blossom, licorice stick as well as fine hints of bay leaf, pepper and a fine hint of spices. The palate is fruity with precision and a tangy structure. There is energy, an electric side and roundness coming from the barrel. We have notes of cherry, small crushed/bright red fruits associated with touches of cornflower, violet as well as a hint of blackcurrant and discreet notes of blond tobacco without forgetting a subtle hint of aromatic herbs in the background. Tannins are supple, and we perceive a subtle saline note in the background.
