Château Canon Pecresse 2022 – Canon-Fronsac

The nose is mineral and offers delicacy, a nice fine grain as well as a certain concentration in finesse. It reveals notes of black cherry, purple plum and small notes of roasted-juicy small fruits associated with touches of star anise, fresh blond tobacco as well as a very discreet almost grilled aromatic herbs hint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, minerality, a graphene side, a nice finesse of the grain, a fine fluidity as well as a silky and fine texture. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, toast and small notes of nutmeg associated with touches of ripe-juicy small red fruits as well as hints of sweet blond tobacco and a hint of black pepper in the background. Good length.
