The nose is fruity and offers a slight complexité and a good definition. It’s needs to be decanted. There are notes of wild blackberry, camphor and small notes of clove assciated with touches of ripe small red fruits and slight hints of grey pepper. The mouth is fresh, well-balanced, mineral and offers roundness, suavity, a good defintion, a certain elegance as well as an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, juicy/pulpy cherry and small notes of small blue fruits associated with touches of acidulous raspberry as well as a hint of nutmeg and blond tabaco. Good longueur. A subtle hint of almond in the background. Fresh and supple tannins.
