It reveals notes of fresh spices, fresh nutmeg and slight notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry associated with a touch of crushed berries as well as a fine hint of spices/fresh pepper. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, good definition, fine straightness and a certain gourmandise in its fruit. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackcurrant, juicy/pulpy blackberry and slight notes of raspberry associated with touches of violet, hints of star anise as well as a subtle almost saline/racy hint and graphite. Good length. The tannins are discreetly tight.
