(No added sulfites) On the nose it is fresh, fruity and it offers good definition of a fruit. It reveals the notes of pulpy cassis, morello cherry and more lightly bright raspberry associated with crushed redcurrant as well as fine points of fresh lily, with discreet points of pepper (in the background). On the mouth it is fruity and it offers freshness, minerality, good definition, a certain gourmandize as well as a juicy/tangy/finely tight. The wine express the notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, bright cassis and more lightly bright/fresh cherry associated with hints of crisp small red currants as well as fine hints of tobacco, tonka bean, and a subtle touch of toasted hazelnut. Good length. The tannins are marked. A little chew on the finish/persistence.
