The palate is mineral, racy and offers freshness, juiciness, a tangy frame, good definition, a certain juiciness/freshness, gourmandise and a certain purity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy raspberry, pulpy/juicy cherry and slight notes of juicy/fresh blackcurrant associated with touches of violet, cornflower as well as hints of nutmeg, fresh tobacco and a discreet hint of spices. Good length. A subtle hint of sense of place (local biotop) which brings energy and peps to the finish. The tannins are fine, precise and racy.
