The nose is pretty, fruity, chiselled, elegant, racy and offers depth in finesse, a lovely multi-layered side, aromatic and bewitching side. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, crushed raspberry and small notes of small wild red fruits, almost elegant-roasted, a hint of bergamot, cornflower, as well as a subtle hint of graphene and a discreet hint of sweet pepper. The palate is well-built, fruity, juicy and just right, it offers a tangy frame, energy, good definition, vivacity and purity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/bright blackberry, redcurrant and small notes of tangy/juicy blueberry, as well as hints of cornflower, small bright/juicy red fruits, star anise and a subtle hint of sappy. The tannins are precise, finely mellow, gourmand and tasty. Nice definition in its substance, a nice chewiness on the finish/persistence and a nice finesse of the grain.
