The nose is fruity, beautifully fresh and offers a racy minerality, a very beautiful finesse and elegance. It reveals notes of crunchy fresh cassis, fresh blackberry and small notes of violet, strawberry associated with fine hints of liquorice, violet/lily as well as discreet hints of cardamom, spices, a subtle hint of gray pepper and fresh ginger. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, minerality, a beautiful definition, tension as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh cassis, juicy/fresh raspberry and small notes of small red fruits associated with subtle hints of sweet spices, tonka bean/chocolate and a subtle hint of Cuben pepper (in the background). Tannins are elegant and well-built. Good persistence and a very discreet hint of bitterness (in the background). An imperceptible hint of almond on the aftertaste.
