The nose is fruity, fresh, gourmand and offers richness, generosity and opulence. It reveals notes of blackberry jam, cassis and slight notes of red fruit (strawberry …) associated with a hint of licorice and toasted oak. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy, relatively powerful and offers a nice freshness, nice volume, righteousness, a nice fat, fleshy fruit, a nice structure as well as a beautiful matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crushed strawberry, raspberry, juicy cassis and blackberry associated with very fine woody notes, a fine toasted note as well as a slight hint of pepper and mint. Tannins are fine and well built. Beautiful aromatic persistance with notes of blueberry, cocoa and a very discreet hint of cornflower. A beautiful wine ! Nice potential ! (2020-2030).
