The nose is aromatic with a slight toasted side and a fine, straight grain. We have notes of blackberries associated with touches of pulpy blackcurrant and a hint of pulpy small fruits as well as fine notes of sweet spices and nutmeg. The palate is fruity with freshness and minerality. It has a tangy plot with accuracy and a certain tension, even righteousness. There is a certain power in tune with notes of juicy and pulpy blackberries, small bright pulpy red fruits and lighter notes of juicy blackcurrant associated with touches of star anise and fresh blond tobacco. There is a fine hint of sweet spices. We even perceive a hint of infusion in the background. There is a fine chewiness and sapidity in the delicious finish.
