The nose is fruity, fresh and offers concentration, power, a good finesse as well as richness (full of finesse). It reveals notes of cassis and ripe/fresh/wild blueberry associated with touches of black cherry, wild raspberry, fine hints of violet, lily, graphite as well as very fine hints of menthol liquorice and fresh vanilla. The palate is fruity, fresh, elegant, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, a good definition, sapitidy as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe/juicy cassis, ripe/juicy black cherry and small notes of ripe/juicy raspberry associated with a fine touch of blueberry, cornflower as well as very fine hints of liquorice, toasted, vanilla and an imperceptible hint of tea. Tannins are elegant. Good length. A subtle hint of cocoa/bitterness on the finish/persistence.
