The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize as well as a ripe and juicy fruit. It reveals notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, fleshy/juicy strawberry and more slightly raspberry associated with small touches of cassis/small berries, violet, toasted, Bourbon vanilla as well as a very discreet hint of liquorice and an imperceptible hint of Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good dedinition, juiciness, a very fine unctuosity, gourmandize, suavity, finesse as well as an aerial side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, chocolate, cassis and more slightly ripe red berries associated with a hint of flowers, ripe/fresh raspberry, liquorice as well as a very discreet hint of cardamom and caramelizatin. Tannins are structuring.
