The nose is aromatic, a bit powerful and offers small concentration. It reveals notes of blackberry and black berries combined with slight notes of black tea, spices, oak as well as discreet toasted touches. The palate is fruity, quite gourmand and offers freshness, tension, a nice texture as well as a good and unctuous matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh blackberry, crème de cassis and slight notes of fleshy strawberry combined with touches of liquorice, toasted oak and a discreet touch of milk chocolate on the finish. Tannins are fine and well built. Good length and persistence.
