The nose is fruity, finely gourmande and offers power, a fine richness and concentration. It reveals notes of crushed cassis, Bigarreau cherry, blackberry and touches of wild strawberries associated with a touch of blueberry, spices, a discreet hint of garrigue, cocoa as well as a subtle hint of menthol and grilled oak. A discreet hint of vanilla appears after aeration. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, a bit tight and offers a nice mineral frame, a fine tension, a fine suavity as well as a good grain. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crushed cassis, Bigarreau cherry and small notes of wild black berries combined with fine touches of wild strawberry, licorice, garrigue as well as a subtle hint of mocha and a discreet hint of coffee. Tannins are fine and very slightly grainy / dry. Good length.
