The nose is mineral, racy, precise, frank and offers a fine straightness. It expresses notes of fresh yellow peach, roasted pineapple and more slightly – apricot in syrup, associated with touches of small fresh fruits and a racy / flint minerality. The palate is nicely fresh, mineral / racy, balanced and offers depth, a tangy, chiseled frame, good work on the good bitters. It expresses notes of candied peach, pineapple in syrup and more slightly – apricot roasted with herbs, associated with fine hints of small nuts, kumquat and a fine hint of almond. Good length. A subtle almost sappy hint in the background. Freshness and a nice persistence. An almost tannic hint in the aromatic and the structure on the persistence.
