Château Cadet-Bon 2021 Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé

Château Cadet-Bon 2021 Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé

The nose is elegant, racy and offers deepness and a certain intensity. There are notes of Boysen blackberry, cubeb pepper and small notes of small wild red fruits combined with slight aromatic herbs hints as well as discreet hints of tabaco and cornflower. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, a good definition, and a beautifully fresh/ elegant middle palate. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/ pulpy blackberry, pulpy/ fresh cassis, and small notes of raspberry, combined with nutmeg touches, cardamom as well as subtle hints of toast. Good length with a certain little suppleness and gourmandise. Discreet hint of clove, beautiful freshness, and a coating side of the fruit.
