It reveals notes of pulpy wild blackberry, crushed blueberry, small notes of fleshy strawberry associated with touches of violet, lily, small crushed fruits as well as hints of grey pepper, spices and a very discreet hint of tobacco. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced, slightly tight and offers tension, juiciness, a fine acidulous frame as well as a fine suavity and gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh/juicy blackberry, juicy/fleshy cassis, small notes of raspberry associated with touches of violet, fresh lily as well as hints of graphite, caramelization, chocolate, a subtle hint of cardamom, cinnamon and almond. Tannins are well-built, straight and finely firm.
