The nose is reserved and fine, it requires aeration. Then, it expresses the freshness of citrus fruits, fresh grated zest, tangy stone fruits (apricot, even yellow plum, white peach), the bitterness of orange and grapefruit as well as lemon. The lactic touch on the mouth is gourmand and pleasant (lemon yogurt and apricot yogurt, fresh butter), associated with a hint of honey and wax in the background, a delicate and integrated hint of roasting (toasted almond and hazelnut, heated wood, vanilla in the background), sweet white flowers (acacia, apple blossom, almond blossom). The palate is chiseled, expressive, on citrus fruits (orange, grapefruit, lemon), citrus zest and the bitterness and smokiness of bergamot. The notes of hazelnut and toasted and fresh almond are delicate, enveloped and complete a gourmand, fresh and lactic mid-palate (lemon yogurt, butter). We also find notes of white flowers (acacia, apple blossom, almond blossom). The finish is refined and gourmand, with notes of honey, even herbs (eucalyptus) as well as a hint of very light fresh vanilla. Good potential, but the wine is still closed.
