The nose is fruity and offers elegance, a small intensity/power, a certain generosity/gourmandize and straightness. It reveals notes of fresh lemon, juicy quince, small notes of small juicy/crunchy yellow fruits associated with touches of crunchy green apple, apple flowers, gravy minerality as well as fine hints of toasted and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, a certain richness/power (but full of balance), juiciness as well as roundness, gourmandize, a fine tension, richness, a fine grain and a small suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy lemon, quince, small notes of lychee associated with touches of crushed Mirabelle as well as fine hints of mandarine zests, exotic fruits, a gravy minerality, toasted oak/bee wax and a subtle hint of butter. Good length. A very fine hint of good bitterness on the finish.
