The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a small minerality as well as a fine power. It reveals notes of pear, candied citrus and more slightly of pineapple associated with subtle hints of mandarin as well and very fine touches of bee wax. The palate is fruity, juicy, fresh, well-balanced and offers a good definition, an acid frame, fat, fullness, a beautiful tension, racy minerality as well as a certain precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cristallized lemon, cristallized mandarin and crunchy pineapple associated with small touches of vine peach as well as subtle touches of bee wax and a very discreet hint of zests (on the finish). Good length.
