Château BRANAS GRAND POUJEAUX 2022 – Moulis-en-Médoc

The nose presents concentration, mellowness and a certain depth. It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, crushed wild raspberry and small notes of cornflower associated with touches of racy gravels, as well as hints of small fleshy fruits, fine hints of blond tobacco and offers a touch of smoke and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is well-built, supple, fresh, unctuous, delicate with a good precision. It offers purity and a chiselled side, elegance and finesse. It expresses notes of juicy cassis, bright blackberry and small notes of roasted-elegant raspberry associated with touches of cornflower, crushed small blue fruits, as well as fine hints of tobacco, iodized gravels, blond tobacco and offers a touch of roasted hazelnut and chocolate. Good length. Beautiful finesse in its definition and gourmandise and offers a touch of chocolate on the finish.
