The nose is elegant, airy and deep, with a spicy side. There are notes of boysenberry, bright cherry, as well as a touch of blueberry, combined with touches of elegant roasted berries, a hint of pepper, a touch of tobacco and a subtle note of smoke, elegant, and a slight note of clove. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity, fresh, mineral, and balanced, with a fresh, tangy structure, a little compact but airy. It presents power, a beautiful racy and deep freshness, with a slight touch of infusion. We find notes of luscious blackberry, bright wild blackcurrant, more discreetly graphene associated with touches of cornflower, tobacco, a hint of lily, a subtle hint of sage, and a touch of toasted hazelnut. Tannins are mellow and fresh, providing a nice delicacy. Pretty texture and substance with a sapid and mellow persistence.
