The nose is gourmand, expressive, with aromas of sweet spices (vanilla, a hint of cardamom), a very delicate but precise toasted side (toasted hazelnut, toasted almond, fresh hazelnut, fresh almond). Then, we find a gourmand lactic side (lemon yogurt, lemon cream, a hint of orange sabayon), a touch of honey, citrus jam (lemon, grapefruit) and fresh citrus fruits, white flowers (acacia, lime blossom, fresh and dried honeysuckle as well as notes of lime blossom infusion and tea). The palate is gourmand with roundness and airy side. It expresses the flavors of stone fruits (apricot peach on the attack), fresh pineapple, then lactic notes (lemon yogurt, lemon cream, a hint of orange sabayon), spices and flowers as well as a delicate toasted side in the background (toasted hazelnut, toasted almond). The finish is excessive, sapid and honeyed. Beautiful concentration of freshness, the texture is elegant, ample, but not oily. Good persistence on candied citrus fruits and honey.
