The wine has a lemon yellow color of medium intensity. The nose is complex, gourmand and subtly perfumed with notes of pastry. On the first nose, we find the aromas of brioche, lemon cream and candied lemon, associated with the elegance of a floral bouquet (acacia, apple blossom, honeysuckle) and the freshness of citrus fruits (yellow lemon juice), zest of lemon, lime, grapefruit), green apple and cut grass (subtly, without a green side). On the second nose, we find notes of juicy stone fruits (white peach, apricot), as well as spiciness and a touch of torrefaction (vanilla, nutmeg, a hint of green cardamom, toasted hazelnut and fresh oak. The palate offers precision, persistence, complexity and expressive flavors. On the attack, we find roundness, fleshiness of stone fruits (yellow peach, apricot), sweetness, linden honey , fresh vanilla, caramelized hazelnut, brioche and candied lemon. On the middle on the palate offers a fine floral side (apple blossom, acacia), a chiseled and slightly bitter touch of citrus (yellow lemon, lime, grapefruit), as well as a spicy touch (green cardamom, nutmeg). The finish is sapid and fragrant, with a note of honey (or even beeswax) which intensifies and is more present than in the attack and mid-palate. A wine of great complexity and elegance, which will evolve gracefully over time.
