The palate is fruity, balanced, sapidity, suave, round, gourmet and offers a little fat, tension, gourmandize, a nice guideline, a fine creaminess as well as a nice finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe grapefruit, vanilla and crushed peach associated with kumquat, lemon caviar as well as fine hints of white flowers, acacia and a subtle hint of toast. Presence of fine hints of salinity at the end of the mouth which add a lot of indulgence.
