The nose presents a fresh fruit. It reveals notes of fresh cherry, crushed raspberry and small notes of violet, associated with touches of wild violet plum, as well as hints of gray pepper. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, it offers a fresh frame, suppleness, a little fat and mineral/tangy frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, brilliant raspberry and small notes of brilliant cassis, combined with touches of black tea, infusion, as well as hints of black chocolate. Good length. The tannins are precise and mellow. A wine offering a certain gourmandise.
