The nose is fresh, fruity and reveals some floral notes, elegance and definition. There are notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, bright raspberry and, more slightly, bright blackcurrant combined with hints of liquorice, lilac and discreet vanilla/sweet tobacco. The palate is fresh, mineral, juicy and reveals good definition, a certain gourmandize, precision, purity, nice fruit and a fine acidic backbone. On the palate this wine expresses pulpy/juicy blackberry, bright cherry and slightly juicy/acidic blackcurrant notes with a fine touch of tart/fresh blueberry, racy minerality, chocolate, toastiness and a fine touch of sweet blond tobacco, caramelisation and a discreet hint of camphor. Nice freshness and definition. The tannins are racy.
