Château Bourdieu Lagrange 2015 – Cadillac 

The nose is aromatic and offers a fine intensity. It reveals notes of crystallized lemon and lemon blossom associated with small notes of apple, crystallized tangerine and a touch of jasmine flowers, crushed pear and subtle touches of spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and well-built, and offers a nice mineral frame, a fine straightness, a fine suavity, a very fine richness as well as a good freshness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon and crystallized green apple combined with small notes of crunchy pineapple, flowers, minerality, a subtle hint of dry apricot, pear as well as a discreet touch of almond and botrytis. Good length.
