The nose is fruity, racy and offers a fine concentration. It reveals notes of blackberry, ripe small berries and fleshy strawberry associated with a hint of crushed raspberry, racy minerality, small touches of oak as well as very discreet hints of spices, nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, silky and offers fat, a fine unctuosity, tension, dynamism, a fine acid frame, a good definition, power, a small juicity as well as concentration. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, crushed cassis and more slightly of fresh crushed raspberry associated with fine touches of ripe/fleshy small red berries, discreet touches of toasted oak, cocoa, sweet spices as well as a very discreet hint of tea, nutmeg and gray pepper. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length
