The nose is fruity, fresh and offers elegance, a fine grain, concentration and intensity. It reveals notes of wild cassis, Boysen berryand small notes of strawberry associated with small touches of violet, nutmeg as well as fine hints of pepper, Badiane and discreet varietal hints. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, gourmandize, suavity as well as a small tension and a beautiful bright/juicy fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cassis, Boysen berryand small notes of violet associated with touches of bright cherry as well as discreet hints of violet, rose, a subtle hint of liquorice, Badiane, cardamom, iris and vanilla. Tannins are precise and elegant. A very fine chewiness on the persistence.
