(100% clay) The nose is beautifully fresh, floral and racy. It reveals notes of fresh and bright cassis, pulpy blackberry and small notes of wild strawberry associated with touches of cornflower as well as fine hints of nutmeg, smoke and graphene and a discreet varietal hint in the background. The palate is beautifully fresh, suave, mineral, racy and offers a very nice freshness, gourmandise, a nice tension, a slight mellowness as well as balance. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry and small bright red berries associated with touches of fresh raspberry as well as hints of toast and tonka bean. Presence of a light almost graphene touch, a fine floral hint and toasted-fresh in the background. Good length. Fresh and juicy wine.
