(Organic) The wine shows a vivid ruby colour with a brightening rim. The nose is tight, slightly reductive, needs aeration before the service. It opens up with animalistic nuances with black cherries and bramble in the echo. The palate is relatively light, even slightly diluted, offering moderate fruit concentration, tannins and acidity. It reveals nuances of red and black fruits, complimented by notes of sweet spices and garrigue. Simple and rustic.
