The nose is precise, offering a little power in control and accuracy. It reveals notes of boysenberry, violet and small notes of bigarreau cherry, associated with touches of infusion, a fine hint of aniseed as well as a discreet hint of clove. The palate is well-built and precise, offering precision, a tangy frame, tension, gourmandise and good definition. It also presents juiciness, with a finely tight tannic frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of tangy cassis, juicy/pulpy blackberry and small notes of small brilliant red berries, associated with touches of flowers as well as fine hints of clove. The finish is finely tight, with varietal hints in the background.
