The nose is fresh, racy and intense. There are notes of wild blackberry, rose and racy minerality combined with hints of morello cherry, wild black berries, as well as fine zan and a very discreet touch of black pepper. The palate is fresh, fruity and offers a certain gourmandise, concentration and a fine creaminess. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of creamy cherry, pulpy blackcurrant and, to a lesser extent, juicy blueberry, combined with hints of strawberry, star anise, fine nutmeg and a very discreet touch of racy minerality and graphite. A subtle hint of roast on the finish.
