Château biston-brillette 2019 – Moulis

The nose is racy and offers a fine power and a small intensity. It reveals notes of wild cassis, a racy minerality/terroir, small notes of wild raspberry associated with touches of small berries as well as fine hints of lily, violet, discreet hints of timut pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers a mineral frame, a fine freshness and a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh raspberry, small red berries, small notes of violet associated with fine touches of fresh cassis as well as hints of tonka bean, mild tobacco and a discreet hint of spices (in the background). Tannins are finely marked.
