The nose is fruity, precise, it offers a certain elegant darkness/density of fruit, a lovely finesse and intensity of grain, complexity and an airy, bewitching side. It also has a discreetly fresh, elegant side and a floral character. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, violet and small pulpy/juicy black fruits, associated with touches of fleshy raspberry, a hint of plum blossom, small ripe berries, as well as a hint of maceron, sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of almost orange peel and fresh hazelnut. The palate is well-built, fresh, mineral, floral, elegant, precise, chiseled and harmonious. It also presents an elegant, coating fatness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, violet and small notes of cornflower, combined with touches of crunchy cherry, small fresh fruits, as well as a discreet hint of fresh blond tobacco, a finely iodized, sappy, cocoa-like character on the finish. The tannins are tasty and gourmand. Fresh and juicy. Lovely persistence. Good work on elegant good bitters.
