The nose is elegant, fruity and offers concentration as well as a certain intensity/deepness. It reveals notes of bright cassis, violet and small notes of small bright black berries associated with fine touches of saffron, violet, griotte as well as fine hints of black chocolate, tea and an imperceptible varietal hint (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful juiciness, a beautiful acidulous/juicy fruit, an acidulous frame as well as suavity and energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cassis, bright raspberry and small notes of acidulous blueberry associated with touches of acidulous/juicy cherry, violet, lily, saffron, tea as well as hints of chocolate and toasted. A fine hint of good bitterness of the dark chocolate/cocoa on the persistence.
