The nose is well-built, supple, powerful and offers verticality. It reveals notes of
Boysenberry, small wild berries and small notes of cubeb pepper associated with touches
of fleshy cherry, bergamot, dry iodized gravels and fine hints of licorice stick. The palate is
well-built, supple, fresh, juicy and offers a beautiful definition, tension, gourmandise,
minerality and fruit brilliance. In mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/brilliant cassis,
cherry and small notes of cornflower associated with touches of star anise, graphite, as
well as roasted almond notes and a subtle hint of toasted, iris and offers sappy touch,
almost like cypress on the finish.
